Fort Collins Historic Attractions

Fort Collins has an abundance of charming historical attractions to see, ranging from small sandstone homes to the large stone buildings of Colorado State University. The main structures and general layout of Fort Collins are primarily drawn from the architectural forms of the late 1800s and early 1900s, with newer buildings’ designs based on the city’s original look. In pop culture history, Fort Collins’ Old Town district was used as a model for what is now Disneyland Main Street USA.
